Lymphedema Biomechanics Specialist. Juzo Champion. Lymphapress Therapy Coordinator. Living with secondary lymphedema since 2017. Masters in human biomechanics. Former personal trainer, ski mountaineer, and Lululemon ambassador.

What this is

A focused conversation about how to live your actual life with lymphedema. Not a clinical appointment. Not medical advice. Not a replacement for your CLT.

We will talk through what you are working with: your condition, your goals, your daily friction points, what you have tried, what is working, what is not. Together we will build a clearer picture of where to focus, what questions to bring to your CLT, and what small changes between appointments could move you forward.

I bring a masters in human biomechanics, eight years of lived experience with this condition, and a working knowledge of compression garments, movement, MLD, daily management, travel, and the emotional weight of all of it. I will not tell you what to do. I will help you think more clearly about what you are already doing, what is worth trying, and what is worth letting go of.
